  4. Shipping: Send the package to the return address provided in the instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
